How to Cancel To cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account and manage your subscription from your account dashboard, or contact us at hello@tomydearfriend.com before your next billing date.

Cancellation Deadline Cancellations must be submitted at least 3 days before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

No Refunds on Processed Orders Once a subscription order has been billed and fulfilled, we are unable to issue refunds or cancel that shipment.

How It Works Your subscription will renew automatically on your billing date until you cancel.
